Este projeto inovador tem como objetivo promover compreens\u00e3o, adaptabilidade e equidade nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, criando bases para locais de trabalho mais inclusivos, colaborativos e harmoniosos.<\/p>\n<p>Com um foco especial na din\u00e2mica intergeracional e de g\u00e9nero, o &#8220;InterGenderAction&#8221; visa abordar e eliminar estere\u00f3tipos que geram conflitos entre diferentes gera\u00e7\u00f5es no ambiente de trabalho. Atrav\u00e9s de iniciativas que incentivam a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre pessoas de todas as idades, o projeto procura criar espa\u00e7os onde diferen\u00e7as em valores, objetivos ou perspetivas sejam respeitadas e utilizadas como fonte de crescimento coletivo.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto integra uma perspectiva de g\u00e9nero para enfrentar os desafios associados \u00e0 presen\u00e7a crescente de mulheres jovens e capacitadas em fun\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a. Ao apoiar organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente aquelas com estruturas conservadoras, o &#8220;InterGenderAction&#8221; busca preparar os locais de trabalho para uma for\u00e7a laboral moderna, diversa e equitativa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>O projeto visa entregar ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas e conte\u00fado inovador para transformar ambientes de trabalho, incluindo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Question\u00e1rio direcionado a Gestores e Chefes de Equipa: Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada das din\u00e2micas intergeracionais nos pa\u00edses parceiros.<\/li>\n<li>Relat\u00f3rio Comum: Baseado em um inqu\u00e9rito a 200 gestores e chefes de equipa nos pa\u00edses participantes.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00f3dulos de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o em Podcast: Abordando temas cr\u00edticos de forma acess\u00edvel e pr\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<li>Brochura Educativa: Apresentando 6 \u00e1reas-chave que afetam os conflitos de g\u00e9nero e intergeracionais no trabalho.<\/li>\n<li>Ferramenta de Autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o: Para que indiv\u00edduos e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es possam medir e melhorar sua inclus\u00e3o e adaptabilidade.<\/li>\n<li>Testemunhos em V\u00eddeo e Guias Complementares: Compartilhando hist\u00f3rias reais e oferecendo suporte adicional.<\/li>\n<li>Plataforma de E-learning: Com ferramentas pr\u00e1ticas baseadas em microlearning para capacitar profissionais e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O &#8220;InterGenderAction&#8221;
